"Smart" Cleanup Project  

 "We wanted to personally thank you and Hatchett Creek Farms for the wonderful donation of beautiful plants for the "Smart" Cleanup Project on May 22, 2010.  Joan Smart, the victim in the arson case whose property was destroyed in the fire and the recipient of your donation, was overwhelmed with the beauty of your plants and with the gift itself.  You helped to bring a smile to the face of an elderly lady who had lost so much and helped to restore her faith in the human spirit.  We are sure Joan will be forever grateful for the contribution, and rest assured that she will now have a daily reminder of the beauty in her yard opposed to the sadness of all her lost property being destroyed by this senseless act of arson."
